No Brothers to the End Gear Pack from Amazon pre-order

Hi,

I pre-ordered GOW4 from Amazon, and did not receive the BTTE gear pack.

Having spoken to their customer service, had the disc replaced, and been given a code for the 360 collection, they finally said to get in touch with Microsoft because they don't know what I'm referring to.

I've live chatted with representatives from Microsoft twice (ref [Mod Removed]) and finally been referred here.

According to Gears of War 4 - Pre-Order Now Available! | Games | Gears of War - Official Site 'All pre-orders also come with the Brothers to the End Gear Pack.', so I would have expected to receive it.

Is there any way you can help? Thanks

Missing The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack DLC code.

Pre-orderd Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, still missing the pre order bonus DLC: The Brothers to the End Elite Gear Pack.

 

Missing Pre-order bonus DLC for Gears of War 4

Pre-orderd the game in Microsoft store and I recived previous Gears games codes, but not the promised pre-order DLC: Brothers to the end elite gear pack.

Support told me to wright here

 

Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus

Appears as DLC under Manage Game: Yes

Where to find your content: In your Customization options, under Characters and Weapon Skins



The Brothers to the End Pre-Order Bonus contains 5 items – 3 characters (Old Man Marcus, Tomorrow Anya and Zombie Dom) as well as 2 Weapon Skins (Gold Wave Lancer, Gold Wave Gnasher).



IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your game via the Xbox or Windows Store, you will need to redeem the code given to you by your retailer for this content. Please contact
the retailer you purchased from if you do not have this code.



Why does this pack appear as Adam Fenix DLC in my Downloaded Items?

This is a display error with the pack, and does not have an impact on your ability to find this content in game.



How do I find my Characters and Weapon Skins?

Unlike many of our other bonus items, these Cards go directly into your inventory. Head to the Customization menu and check your Characters, Lancer and Gnasher weapon skins.



I can’t find the Brothers To The End items.

I realise that. What I'm saying is Amazon did not give me a code, and don't seem to know what I'm talking about, so they've referred me back (twice now) to Microsoft.

In their latest email to me they said:

'I'm sorry to hear about the problem you've had with your Gears Of War 4 (Xbox One).

I understand the inconvenience this situation has caused. I followed up with the concern department unfortunately,they don't have an code and they suggest you to contact the manufacturer. If that is not helpful please feel free to contact us.'

 

Unfortunately pre-order bonuses for the Gears 4 physical copies are handled and distributed by the retailer. Xbox support is unable to generate these codes.

 

I realise this, but in this instance, the retailer does not have the codes. I have a proof of purchase if required for a code to be generated by Microsoft, but the retailer themselves does not know what it is I am referring to, as they have no information
on the pre-order bonus.

As bowski has advised above, we are unable to generate or provide codes for content. We are only able to recover codes that have been sent to you previously. You will want to reach back out to Amazon for further assistance as well as checking out the link
to The Coalition's forum post provided above for additional information.
