No Bingo credited

    I just got a Bingo on Germany, and it didn't give me my bingo. What's up with that?

    Still haven't corrected my problem.

    I still have not received the 14 bingo games that I won two days ago credited to my account. You took my keys and coins when I earned those bingos, now I want to be credited for bingos that I played and won.

    I still haven't had my bingos credited to my account. This is getting to out of hand. How am I suppose to go up on the rating ladder, when you won't credit me for my bingos that I get.

    seems that connection is a problem with a lot of us bingo players also I am losing bingo credits and not getting the second round suv. and I do not get credit for my silver status can someone hear me now.

    Microsoft casual games community.
    Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a
    support sitefor the casual games you can look over also. Here is the

    casual games FAQ     too. With purchases need to reach out to the Microsoft store.
