    So I bought Gears of War Ultimate edition in january / february and i played it obviously before april 11th I was sent here by live chat support with xbox live. They said you guys could help me get a beta code!

    Sent by Xbox Support Overwatch Beta Key Issue

    If you pre-ordered Overwatch from the Xbox Store, the Overwatch Beta will be unlocked for you and not sent out as a code. Go ahead and search for 'Overwatch Beta' through the Xbox Store, which should unlock closer to 4:00 PM (May 2nd) PST to begin installing!

    Interesting. Crytek is aware of this issue; however, they have sent those with issues redeeming their beta codes to Xbox Support. So far, there doesn't seem to be a fix. I would still try contacting Crytek on Twitter about the issue.

    If you pre-ordered the game on the Xbox Store, you should have received a code to access the beta. Please check your email associated with your Xbox account, including your spam folder, to see if the code was sent there. If you still can't find the code, contact Xbox Support for further assistance.
