No Battlefield code and xbox live free 14 days wont activate Support cant help?

Support ha, ......no battlefield Code in my Package .......and when I tried to get support they said take it back to the store. I registered my product SN etc .......And even when I tried to redeem the 14 free trial Xbox Gold....it gave me an error.

There is no way that there policy can be take it back to the store - we cant help ...I even got them to get a supervisor on the phone....

She confirmed what the other said.

Wow.............................................................I bought the system and had to go out of town to work for 3 months and when I just got back there was no battlefied Code that was supposed to be included. So now, I dont think Wal - Mart will
give a refund or exchange after 90 days.

You never ever let a customer go when you are going to lose a large sale and future customer .....unless you are so rich it doesnt matter. Welcome to the world.

I got xbox one s for christmas and got a 14 days free xbox live with it, but the code didn´t activate live. and now it says it´s already in use...... plz help.

i bought an xbox one and activated the code for the free 14-day trial today but it doesnt seem to have activated. i cant play online or download the free games, and in the subscriptions menu im told to get gold. do i have to activate the trial somewhere
else? or whats the problem? help please

I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?

If it's a 14 day free trial, it wont work if you've had Xbox live before with that account.

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.
