No ban but cant send messages or make parties?

Hey Loops,

Have you tried to do a power cycle on your console to see if it just your console needing an update? another option is to recheck the information on the enforcement website to ensure the date is correct it will be at midnight before the account is no longer banned.

Have you checked your network settings? (NAT)

I'm sorry to see any issues, however it sounds like your account or console has a longer ban than expected. We are unable to comment on any Enforcement actions taken against accounts or consoles. If you have an active account suspension or a permanent suspension
from within the last 12 months, you can submit a Case Review to the Policy Enforcement team. If you have a console suspension, this does not qualify for Case Review, however your Microsoft
Account email should have been sent an email detailing the suspension information.

Yes I have power cycled and have checked the website, it says im all good. no idea why it wont let me send messages or join parties.

Same thing done everything i know of to do. Cant join a party cant make a party. Cant join a friends game. Cant invite a friend to a game. I can send messages to friends thats about it. Any help would be welcome
