    So earlier today I got a $15 Xbox card And redeemed it, However i wanted to buy a product on Minecraft But it does not work. I checked My Balance and it was $15.15 But anytime I want to buy something it Says $0.15 I am very confused and need help Thanks.

    I believe the Xbox account balance is considered a payment option now. So I would recommend going there, to Settings --> Account --> Manage Payment Options.

    Thanks for reaching out again to us in the forums for this issue. The conversion from Rubles to US dollars should complete transition by the end of March 5, 2019, so if your currency has not yet been converted, then you may need to wait to purchase until
    the change takes effect. You may try to refresh your account by removing it from the console, restarting the console and then re-adding your profile (which will download the information again) to see if the changes have taken effect. If they have not, then
    you will need to await the conversion.
