No Background on Winodws 10 UI

i've had the Windows 10 UI since the preview program, and about halfway through its lifespan, my Background and personal color stopped showing up and no matter what I do, even though it SAYS my background and color are set, its always a plain black background
that i cant change, what can be done to finally see my background? It appears normally when i play on someone elses Xbox on my account

Real windows 10 os on Xbox(is it possible?)

Yes it's possible. Microsoft is like the biggest software company in the world who code software for computers, and run Xbox. Windows 10 has got to be better than that Windows 8 OS and Windows 8 UI which Xbox 1 has. Well Xbox 1 has 3 operating systems (windows
kernel which would explain the Windows 8 like UI, Xbox OS, and hypervisor), it's UI is based of that like Windows 8. I'm planning on buying a new PC when Windows 10 comes out. It has the return of the Start Menu, you'll be able to change the desktop background
too. When Windows 8 came out, you couldn't change the desktop background just like when Xbox 1 came out you couldn't change the dash background until Microsoft got tonnes of complaints aka feedback that Xbox 360 you can change the Dash background, and they
added it in.

And.... Microsoft implied they wanted to unify the UI or OS or something across all it's platforms. Xbox 360 has seen several UI changes. Xbox 1 is going to have UI changes to it too. Plus Microsoft provides Updates to it's services so we may see like a
Windows 10 UI on Xbox 1 sooner rather than later. Even my friends and others on Xbox Live say they don't like the Windows 8 UI on Xbox 1 and the notion they stuck a PC OS on an Xbox 1. We'll call that the Windows kernel, 1 of the 3 OS on Xbox 1. I'd welcome
Windows 10 UI on Xbox 1, better than basing the UI off Windows 8 which came out 2012.

New Xbox One Experience is such an improvement, except...!

Because in the new UI you scroll vertically, not horizontally. I love the new Windows 10 UI on Xbox 1. It's far too good to call it a Windows 8 UI. The new UI is way more faster, which proves UI/OS performance is based off 'how they make the software', NOT
solely on your ISP. Windows 7 was a big improvement to Windows Vista. The same could be said of Windows 8 and Windows 10 - Windows 8 was so bad, they had to make a Windows 8.1 lol. How was Windows 7 and Windows 10 an improvement? Because Microsoft 'listened'
to the feedback they got. That's why many people are happy and excited with Windows 10, and how Microsoft promotes the Windows 10 UI. Face it, the new UI is Windows 10 like.

I love it how they youthfully call it "my stuff" rather than "pins". "my stuff" sounds more fun for younger members on Xbox including myself, than 'PINS'.

I agree it's "such an improvement". You'll learn to adapt to it. Hey, I had to Update how rubbish that Windows 8 UI was like when I got Xbox 1 day 1. The UI didn't allow us to change the background. And it was so slow for a console with 8GB RAM and an AMD
Jaguar 8 core APU. Most of my friends and people I've met on Xbox Live found it hard to adapt to a Windows 8 UI on a console. It was inflexible. But when Microsoft released the new UI last week was it, suddenly Xbox 1's getting a lot of positive vibe about
it's new UI.

Since i joined xbox late 2010 they HAVE made several changes to the UI. Lots of kids and adults hate the windows 8 UI. Since theyve made UI changes to xbox 360 they are likely to for xbox 1. Microsoft wants to unify their prducts with windows 10. So its
likely they will make changes to the UI. At launch xbox 1 didnt have a Friends tab on the xbox 1 dashboard, now it does. You can also change the dash background. Xbox 1 isnt all about windows 8. Its main focus is games.
