No awards after game ends

I have lost power bingo, bingos, and luggage for the fourth time. Twice in the USA once in Mexico and now once in Brazil. This seems to occur most when I extend the game 10 - 15 numbers. Once done it then freezes and loses connection. I then lose my awards
plus I lose all the coins I used to get the extra numbers. Could someone help me recover some of this?

After the New Year would be the best choice, especially since some new games come out during December, so an awards show fits best in the end of January or February. This is how other award shows can get every movies, tv show and so on considered for an
award since they usually air their award shows in the middle to end of January or beginning of February.

I can't remove a game from my account

If you are losing connection when you are waiting to receive your rewards, please immediately fully close the app by pulling it to the bottom of the screen until it flips.

Has the promotion ended? I think promotional rewards are awarded 5-12 weeks after the end of the promotion date.
