No audio when loading prey on game pass

I'm connected to my TV using HDMI and we've checked each audio setting for the game ie audio uncompressed, so far we can load other things such as YouTube and other apps but games have no audio output

Is this happening only with Prey or if you try a different game the issue persist?

And, did you tried using a different audio settings for the HDMI or Headset output?

I mean, if you are using 7.1 or 5.1, try using Stereo uncompressed (and try with each option to see if you're able to get audio)

By the way, do you have the console connected directly to the HDMI port of your TV / screen? Or are you using an A/V receiver?

I ask this because this a known issue:
"Some players have reported intermittent audio issues across the dashboard or when launching games or apps.
If you encounter this behavior, be sure to report this issue and choose the Report with advanced diagnostics option
Make sure to include information like audio setup, when this issue occurred, troubleshooting steps tried, and other relevant info."

Usually rebooting the conse fix the problem
If that isn't your case please report the problem with advanced diagnostics and detailed information as advised

Prey was scheduled to be removed from Game Pass today. To keep playing you will have to buy the game.

Prey has left Game Pass and is therefore no longer playable.
