No Audio/Video on xbox one after rain/thunder storm.

My xbox one was on and I was playing at the time. It was raining and then I heard thunder near by. After that my tv did not have a signal from my xbox one anymore. I have the xbox stereo headset and I could still hear audio and my friends through the headset.
I unplugged everything from the tv and even the outlet and I still cant get any audio or video through the tv. It continues to say no signal was found. Any help would be appreciated.

i KEEP getting disconnected from xbox live.

it cant be my router because i got a brand new one 8 months ago after the old one got fried in a thunder storm.

Will Xbox One get some exclusives made from adults?

@Eagle Do you own a PS3? Who cares if you do. I only play exclusives on my PS3. Which I put the Last of Us in Friday night. Because it started to rain. The rain stopped so I didn't play it. It's an issue with me that I like starting those types of
games during a thunder storm. Yes, I do have Issues I see Your point. The 360 had 1 Exclusive that scored a 10 and Sony Had 4.

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable? It's odd that you can hear the things through the controller, it's just not coming through to the TV - that makes me think it's the cable (which CAN get fried in a lightning strike) or possibly (worst case scenario)
something internal on the console (video card or port.)

Also, do you have your console plugged into a power strip/surge protector, or directly to the wall? Just asking because, it's not recommended to plug into a power strip, but should actually go straight into the wall.

Thanks for the quick reply. Ive tried all my devices with multiple hdmi cables and im not getting any audio/video at all. Im thinking maybe my tvs hdmi ports are bad now? Is that even common? Ive never had such a problem before and we get the craziest weather
around here.

Well, I won't go so far as to say it's common, BUT, lightning can do extremely damaging and unpredictable things. I guess the only definite way to test that would be to try on a different TV, if that's an option you can try?

It doesn't rain in the desert biomes. What's really funny is having a sliver of a snow biome in a regular biome. It'll be raining and then you'll see a stretch of land, one block wide, where it's snowing.
