No Audio Turtle Beach Recon 50x [HELP]

Hi, I just got Turtle Beach Recon 50x's for my Xbox One and they were working fine until I plugged in my plug-and-play charger to charge the battery, when the controller reconnected I suddenly lost all audio. I can't hear any sounds including party chat,
game chat, all games and apps and even the ticks when moving around the Xbox. I've tried every app I own and even every game I own, I can hear my voice echo and I've plugged the headset into my computer and it works fine. I plugged other headphones into my
controller and it works fine too. I've checked all of my audio settings 100 times and they are fine. I've tried changing the sound from Stereo to Surround Sound back and forth multiple times and restarting. I've put regular AA batteries in my controller, used
the plug and play kit plugged in, plug and play kit wired , also wired without the battery and still nothing. My mic works completely fine and people can hear me just as normally but I cannot hear anything whatsoever. I have no idea what to do. It was working
COMPLETELY FINE until I plugged in the cord... Looking for some help here. And also I'm not sure if this is the right forum, if it's not please move it to the correct one, thank you.

Turtlebeach Recon 50X headphones not working with Xbox One

my turtle beach recon 50x is having some troubles. My friends can hear me in the chats but i cant hear anything accept the game. Any tips

 

Can't be heard in xbox chat

I was using the Tritton Kama headset and then yesterday I purchased the Turtle Beach Recon 50x headset and they didn't work. Yes I did try to reset my network.
