No audio through center channel since last update 7/2014

I was enjoying surround sound up until the recent update. I've tried everything. The issue is occurring with all audio coming from the xbox one. I've performed extensive troubleshooting and it is not my Sony amp or the HDMI cable, it's the xbox one. Is this
a known issue and is there a fix??

Xbox Box Audio Problems via Bitstream. Where is my center channel audio?!?!?

OK My bad please remove post. I didn't realize there is no center channel present in the dashboard but once the game loads all 7 channels are receiving audio. I should have tested it with a game first but thought no center channel audio on startup was a
problem with overall audio for all applications.

 

Surround Sound failure

Assuming this is from the latest update, I have been unable to hear any audio coming from the center channel when streaming or playing sources that have 5.1. This seems to be intermittent as well, after long durations there is a small chance that the first
thing I watch (Say, on Netflix), that I will hear center channel audio. Or worse yet, there will be audio from the center channel, but no vocal tracks will play through it. I have done every thing short of buying new hardware for my media player that the audio
output is routed through. This includes separate testing functions and playing 5.1 loaded videos from an external source on both the media player and the XB1.
