    Audio not working on Xbox live videos

    I'm having some troubles when playing video through xbox live. I get video but no audio. I have audio when I play games or play music and video through my media server. Have checked audio settings and all seems ok.

    Help would be appreciated.

    I too have been seeing a similar problem. The screen will go black for 2 or 3 seconds and then comes back. Everything else, audio etc. keeps on working with no issues. It's like some one just disconnects the video then re-connects it again. But, that's really
    weird because everything (video & audio) go through the HDMI cable....

    Let's start out by trying a different HDMI port on your television as well as a different HDMI cable to see if there's any change with that. Keep us in the loop so that we can best help you out.

    troubleshooter for audio and video for Windows 10    . Remember the app is still in beta so there are a lot of different issues with it.

    I would like to suggest that at the time you record a video for xbox one if the video could already come out with audio for example you connect a handset through the input p2 and it already records gameplay + audio, I know about the option of live transmission
    by the mixer plus I also have a channel on youtube and I would like the audio already to come out right in the video because it is bad to edit later, this is one of my suggestions on how to improve xbox one
