    No audio coming from TV


    Ok so I can hear the game Audio just fine when I listen to it through my Turtle Beach X12's but when I try to listen to it through the TV I get no Audio at all I've checked my cables they are plugged in securely. Please help this is really irritating!

    Turtle Beach headphone wireless audio from TV

    I just checked Turtle Beach's website and it says the audio is streamed from the console to the headset via the adapter wirelessly, but what I want to know is that, does the audio from TV stops coming if I use the headset? Because it makes sense, if the
    audio is coming to the headphone then there's no need for the TV to play audio as well. After plugging in the headset into the adapter can I mute the TV so that it doesn't output any audio and I can listen to game audio from the headphone only? I play at night
    so I don't want to disturb others by the loud volume from TV. Can anyone confirm it?

    X12 turtle beach headset problem

    So I bought the x12s and they are perfect but when i unplug the USB cable from my Xbox theres no audio coming out of my tv. I have also unplugged the two cables that plug into the tv (red and white) and still no audio. Has anybody solved this problem yet?

    It sounds like you have a cable in the wrong place, lets double check just to make sure. first off what kind of xbox do you have and are you using HDMI?

    I believe you have it set to play only through your headset. You can change where the voice plays through on your xbox console. Are you trying to watch movies or are you wanting just game play to come through both?

    Yes, I just did, the audio is still coming from the TV and not the headset.

    Sound Issue

    You most likely have to run an optical audio cable from your Xbox one to your tv (if it has an optical audio input that is) if you want to get the audio to your sound bar. Audio should still come out through the tv's built in speakers though.

    This might sound silly, but you muted the audio from your tv right? If you have the audio coming out of your tv as well as out of your headphones, the headset mic often picks up the audio and repeats it back causing the echo.
