No Audio Cloud gaming on with Firestick on TV

Playing Starfield I am getting no Audio, no music, no gameplay sounds apart from the odd footsteps, no Audio at Title screen. Xbox menu has sound and so does other games I have played. Iv reinstalled the XBox Cloud app, checked Internet connection turned all on and off. Gone down the wormhole of checking for answers and solutions and nothing. The only sound Audio options I have in the Xbox Cloud settings is to enable navigation sounds on and off. Tried the game settings for Audio on off up down and nothing

I understand how frustrating this issue can be. Especially after so much troubleshooting.

Since the issue seems to only happen with Starfield, you should contact the developer directly for more assistance. I've seen other posts about this problem, so it might be a bug with the game's cloud gaming compatibility.

its likely to do with surround sound and how it's handled by the tv - you normally have to set an audio boost for 5.1 audio when plaything through stereo speakers. I have the same issue with Plex and my Firestick.

I gave up on this and started using race control on the firestick. Works like a charm.

It’s no longer officially listed on firestick apps so you have to side load it. Google how to install race control on firestick

Firestick roku and other app based TV hdmi plug ins also work in this port

if you have a firestick then why dont you plug that into the tv which it was made for, the 360 does not support that device no.
