    No April rewards, now not even seeing my Gold Status


    Whats the deal? No rewards on purchases since at least April, and now it cant' see my renewed Gold member status....Account information is all up to date....I want my points!

    Rewards for April not showing up on account yet.

    I am not seeing any kind of 5 star Gold Rewards for April. Typically they are already in my account by this time the following month.

    Missing rebates and Gold status

    Hi, I noticed that I not are GOLD , but i am gold. Never got the reward credits for my purchases last month. I got my mission credits, and the credits for the March survey. Today I see the credits for the April survey posted, so now I'm wondering why I haven't
    received my credits for my purchases last month. Also fix my gold status.

    It takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new information. Since your renewal just occurred recently, we did not receive that new information until a few days after. We see that you are being recognized as a Gold member. Regarding your April payback,
    due to some issues with some preview program members we are delaying MyVIP for that month. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

    We definitely understand the frustration with wanting those rewards right away but they would be sent out after the first of the month.

    If you do not see that content by the end of the first week of April please let us know!
    It is now past the first week of April and I am letting you know that I still have not received my February gold quest reward.
