    Just renewed my Xbox live gold membership last night, been inactive for a year or so. Once renewed the system automatically performed its system update. Xbox live connects now but none of my apps (netflix, crackle youtube) etc are responding. They all
    come back with an 807B01F4 error code and a message stating "There's a problem with the xbox service. None of their solutions have been any help so really hoping someone here has run into this issue before and is able to provide some insight.

    Hulu Plus unable to open error code 0x87de2714

    Now Amazon doesn't work and neither does Xbox video. It seems that no video apps are working. It would be nice to go at least one week without running into any problems with my xbox, way to go Microsoft.

    Support says apps are working also which is not true. Amazon video and HBO go working huh? Not on this Xbox one! Same error too.

    No Apps or Xbox video working

    Try this:

    1. Got to Settings

    2. Got to storage

    3. Got to HDD (Hard Drive) or you device

    4. Press Y

    5. Clear the system cache 3 times

    6. wait 10 seconds, unplug Xbox, wait 2 minutes plug back in

    7. Play!

    In connected perfectly fine to Xbox live but no apps are working at all it keeps saying for some reason it took too long to start so I can't even go to settings or anything

    Try clearing your system cache and redownloading your Xbox live profile.
