    I am not a Preview member, I'm using an **** TG862 gateway (I know... I'm hoping Santa brings me a new router this year.) and for the life of me I cannot get the cloud to sync with ANY of the work arounds. I'm able to play any of my games (except for ESO,
    which is cloud based for everything apparently.) in multiplayer, but I'm really only playing Halo online right now. My Girlfriend plays ESO mainly and she's been bugging me to get ESO working again.

    I've tried everything on the hardware end that I know to do, power cycles of the modem, xbox, etc. I've tried the sign out, hard reset, start game force sign in and nothing works.

    This is happening across all games and apps, it's more annoying than anything.

    WAT DO?

    No game will sync with the cloud.

    Seems after deleting a save from a game I hardly play from both the console and the cloud has fixed the issue for one game (H5) but still getting the problem with my other 3 games. Made another save with the game I deleted from the cloud, repeated the process,
    but it still hasn't worked for my other game. Hope this solution helps others. But still would like to be able to get the rest of my games to sync.

    Hey, I appreciate the help but sadly this didn't work for me. It really is a strange issue I've got. I'm currently in the process of dealing with a higher department in the escalation analysis. But this means I have to give them all consent to have my account
    details to see if they get the same result.

    No apps or games will sync with the cloud.

    Have you done any configuration of the TG862 Modem/Gateway? If not do you have access to the user interface for the device or does your provider have to perform all configuration for the device. If so let us know what you have done so we can address it
    with that information available.

  5. Yep. I've opened the ports, tried setting up the DNS Relay, DNS Override, Wired and Unwired. I have a buddy that's tech savvy that remoted into my laptop via teamviewer and tried a couple of things. He was pretty baffled by it.

    The three support reps all had different solutions from Factory Reset (done.) to a Manual Update (not tried yet as I don't have any flash drives available.) One even told me that I should just create a new profile.

    This definitely sounds like a network issue. I don't believe creating a new profile is going to help. Is UPnP disabled on the gateway and are you currently using a static IP address?

  7. UPnP is enabled because I;ve read people type in all caps to use it, and I've tried a static IP and also on automatic.

    cant do upnp if you did port forwarding...try and disable upnp...

    Since you have the ports forwarded try disabling the UPnP ( you can always re-enable it) . Also, try setting a static IP address for the XBOX One. Once that is done please reboot the router so the settings will take (most routers will do this automatically
    when a configuration change is made).

    Then one other thing do one more hard reset on your console. Hold the power button down on the console for 10 seconds or until the console powers down completely. Let it sit for a couple of minutes then reboot the console. Give it a try and let us know
    if it is working any better.

  10. Pretty much all it did was give me a strict NAT, lol. Man... technology.

    It has to be something with my gateway, right? Either that or there has to be a corrupt file on my cloud.

    Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Settings."

    In the "General" section, check if the "Sync files saved to the cloud" option is enabled. If it is not, be sure to activate it.

    Next, go to the "My Games" tab in the Xbox app and select the game for which you want to check cloud sync.

    On the game page, look for the "Manage" or "Options" option and select "See more options."

    A list of options related to the game will appear. Look for an option that says "Sync files saved to the cloud" or something similar. Make sure it is enabled.

    Once you've verified and enabled cloud sync, you can try to force a sync by following these steps:

    Open the Xbox app on your PC.

    Click your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Settings."

    In the "General" section, scroll down and look for the "Sync now" option. Click on it to force an immediate sync.

    This should initiate a sync of your cloud-saved files to your PC. If there are files saved in the cloud, they will be downloaded and synced with your game.

    Were you in the Minecraft Preview as well as system preview? It might be that the newer version of Minecraft worlds aren't recognized by the older version? If not, I thought they synced via the cloud, and would check that you're connected and cloud storage
