No Applicable App Licenses Found

I recently got the Game Pass Ultimate on PC Xbox App and then proceeded to install "Back 4 Blood". Once the download was complete I went to launch and it had the little Back 4 Blood loading screen appear then it had a Launch Error stating "No Applicable App Licenses Found". It is free with Game Pass and I have tried multiple fixes such as:

However after doing various things and restarting about 10 times nothing has worked. Any more advice?

I see. In this case, it would be necessary to re-register the Microsoft Store. Follow these steps:

1. On the Start Menu, search for PowerShell.

2. Right-click on PowerShell and select Run as administrator.

3. In the PowerShell window, type this command and press Enter:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

4. Restart the computer.

5. Check if the game is now working.

I just tried, followed with a PC restart and the same error still occurs. Though I thankyou for the response!

After doing a Windows Update as there was nothing on Microsoft Store that needed updating, I then restarted my computer and checked for updates again, there was another so I did that also and then restarted. Then checked and it was empty, so I did the PowerShell again and then got this error.
