He obtenido hoy mismo el juego kingdom hearts III pero sólo me descarga el dlc de 10 megas, en la store me dice que tengo el juego pero solo me descarga eso, luego en mi lista de juegos no aparece el juego, solo el DLC, después de gastarme lo que me gastado
me hace una gracia que lo estoy flipando.

I got the game Kingdom Hearts III today but I only downloaded the dlc of 10 megabytes, in the store it tells me that I have the game but I only download that, then in my list of games the game does not
appear, only the DLC.

Hi, apparently you were right, the problem was Microsoft and after a while they ended up fixing it. Thanks for answering.

Gracias por responder, al parecer el problema venía por parte de Microsoft que una hora antes de mi adquisición aviso de que estaban teniendo problemas con dicho juego, todo se solucionó al cabo de unas horas solo, apareció en mi lista y pude descargarlo.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Based on the fact that you have purchased the game, you should be able to select to install the game as well, since the DLC has already done so. Currently, there is an Xbox Live Service Alert out
specifically for Kingdom Hearts III making it unavailable for download. You'll want to delay any troubleshooting until that clears up and can be signed up for notification of the end of the service alert here:

helpful information as well.
