    No Answers and Support is Almost Useless!


    I spent 30 minutes chatting with Support and got Nowhere. Everything He suggested I had Already Tried and the One suggestion that I thought might work, He did not know how to do! He also asked what the Replies on the Boards were saying and I told him that
    there were NO Rep[lies from anyone, Only More People complaining about the same problem.

    Completely useless support staff has cost you a former loyal customer

    i am trying to buy additional items on tiger woods 2014 and have no way to do it with no answers. ea games support is just as useless. HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!!

    If you must know, I'm on this silver account because in the last six days 3 of my gold accounts have been suspended for no apparent reason. I call support and they tell me I have to post on the forum (which I've done in the correct forum.) to talk to the
    Enforcement team. First off, it's absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age I HAVE to post in a forum and can't speak directly on the phone with someone that can help me. Second, the fact that if you are suspended you can't even use the forums and have
    to make a separate account to do that is outright stupid. Who the hell thought of those bright ideas? These aren't difficult issues to solve. They really aren't. So now I've been waiting a few days to hear a response from this "enforcement team", so I can
    hopefully resolve this issue. Tell me what I'm doing wrong here, please.

    Case Review    , however submitting one for a regular suspension would provide information for any other suspensions on the account/console.

    Support is useless

    3 seperate Xbox Live accounts and all of them banned or suspended? Ive been playing on Xbox Live with the same account for almost 8 years and never once was I suspended.

    Theowenkiller brought your recent game history in to question because those games aren't supported by their developers anymore and modded lobbies are often played in. Playing in these lobbies is against the code of conduct and is a punishable offense.

    Maybe they don't resolve their issues enough. Last time I checked, it wasn't free to be a member. I like to get what I pay for.

    that is the answer

    if you have to create an new account thats it you need to create an new account

    remeber though things do change but it depends on the issue

    if you are expecting free repairs no not going to happen

    we send you to xbox support for requesting a repair order that is a verified and the only solution

    if you are expecting free downloads because you don't live in an xbox live supported country nope international laws say otherwise
