No Answer for over 72hrs

How long must a person wait to talk with a person who can actually help? When I call in I am told, I must check online to see the pending status of my account suspension yet I have waited over 72hrs and nothing. Only the XBLPET can answer my questions but
they dont take calls, there is no chat, just some sort of submission system and you have to wait. I have been given the MAX punishment of 2 weeks and have yet to have a reason why or a way to refute this calm in ample time. I just renewed my account for a
year and a literally losing money I PAID. Customer support doesn't help. I have written 4 threads and non are published because they need to be approved, but I haven't gotten an email saying that my post was denied. I have waited more the 24hrs for the approval
process to no avail. I answers. I have waited 4 days have done your process and for what? I keep getting the run around. DO you not care about your players? I have been a loyal customer of 6yrs and have just renewed for a 7th year and this is the service I
get? I needs answers I want solutions, I want the amount of days I have missed to be add as credit. This is NOT how to treat your customers

over 72 hours & nothing about my rewards

its been over 72hrs & i havent received a conformation that my rewards are set up, could u check on this please. thanks for the help

 

i was told to send a post here because i cant access the preview dashboard, i have contacted xbox support and my case file is [Mod Removed].

it says i need to wait for a service message on one account but its been over 5 days and still noting and xbox support says it takes up to 72hrs.

 

If you have been banned then you will have to wait on the enforcement team. They won't supply much information just if the ban was upheld or not. If it was upheld you will just have to wait out the suspension.

No one here will be able to assist with this and support won't either only the enforcement team covers bans/suspensions.

Doesn't that seem strange that the only people who have the power to do anything you cant talk/chat/ or call? I just cant believe its has been over 72hrs and I am still on square 1

 

Maybe but that is the facts, unfortunately.

 

The ban/suspension forums are no longer used so your posts wont show or be approved.

You will not get the days you are suspended added as credit to your account.

An email will have been sent to the address linked to your account explaining the reason for your suspension or you can log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo & it should tell you.
