No anniversary gems

    Hi Gojira X BoB. Your friend received Gems for having an anniversary in October. Since your anniversary was in September, you did not receive those Gems because the Gems portion of the program began October 2017. You'll receive Gems come September 2018 for
    your anniversary.

    150 gems is the correct number of gems for a 1 year anniversary. The most you can get for an anniversary is 300. (You can see the amounts at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions)

    Sorry, just realized it states 300 gems on your anniversary for 4+ years. I still haven't received my 300 gems offer for this either.

    Apologies for the delay. The issue was occurring was that since you did not log in to the website during your anniversary month, your account was not updated with this perk. Our team has expanded the window for activating this perk to also take into account
    months following your anniversary month. We see that this fix has now gone live, and have reviewed your account and confirmed this perk is now pending on your MyRewards page. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay. Since Gems are a

    The only offer related to your tenure in the program is the anniversary perk for Gems. Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to have a 10 year anniversary reward.

    Since Gems were only created in October, it is not possible to Reward them for events that took place before they existed. Your first eligible anniversary gems will happen on your anniversary in April.

    Your event in October was your Xbox Live Rewards Anniversary, not your Birthday. Since Gems were only created in October, it would not be possible to award them for activity before they existed. We see that both the Anniversary and Birthday Gems were claimed
    successfully, and listed as such on your MyRewards Gem statement.
