No All Access in Canada

Hi,

Why is there no All Access bundle available in Canada? We have Microsoft, we have Xbox One and we even have Dell north of the 49th parallel... but why not the bundle?

For the benefit of all, the All Access bundle includes:

- Xbox One (or One X)

- Live Gold membership

- Game Pass

All of the above a lower price than buying each of them individually AND financed over 2 years with 0% interest (financing provided by Dell). 21.99$ (USD) for the One and 34.99$ (USD) for the One X.

I would instantly get this if it was available, without a second thought and I know a few guys that would too... seems like a missed opportunity to me.

Roblox

Short answer, no she won't get banned but I wouldn't recommend it.

Not all content is guaranteed to transfer regions plus if her account is a minor account it won't have access to changing, Roblox is currently only in the US, not Canada unfortunately. it's not worth losing access to Game licenses. Hopefully in time it will
release in both the UK and Canada.

DLC download probelm

Since your account region and physical region do not match you will not be able to download or re-download that content as it is region locked. For region locked content to work you need to meet ALL of the criteria in order to gain access to it.



Account Region+Game Disc Region+Physical Live in Region=ALL must match



US+US+US=Access US+US+Canada=Denied US+Canada+Canada=Denied US+Canada+UK=Denied



To get that content back again you would need to physically be in the account region, in your case the US.

Unfortunately the Bundle is a limited time offer at Microsoft Store in the United States and there is no one on the forums that would know exactly why that is.

I agree that it is disappointing. I’m guessing that the market just isn’t large enough to make the administration of the program profitable enough for them.
