    Quantum Break pre-order codes not received

    I pre-ordered the game on 4/4/16 and have not received any of the pre-order bonus codes. I was under the impression that the Alan Wake American Nightmare code should have been sent immediately after pre-ordering and the Alan Wake full game and Windows 10
    version of Quantum Break would have been sent on 4/5.

    No codes for pre-ordering Quantum break

    So i pre-ordered Quantum break the day before the release and haven't received the codes for Alan wake, american nightmare, or the windows 10 version of QB.

    It's been over two weeks now and still nothing. Are people still receiving codes or not?

    Part of the reason i even bothered buying the game so close to release was for Alan wake which was my favorite game from the 360.

    I'm unable to verify that you've purchased Quantum Break on this account within the time period to receive all codes. Can you please check out commerce.microsoft.com and let us know what date that was? Or if you had received the console bundle, please tell
    us what day you redeemed the code from within the bundle. This will help us out with determining eligibility. Thanks!
