    No codes either. Was originally going to buy Quantum Break from cdkeys a legitimate company for 33.99 but decided I fancied the pre-order bonuses that where only included for pre-ordering from Xbox live. Wish I hadn't bothered now. Even if we get our codes
    now it's just to late. The damage is done. Good job Microsoft

    I'm also waiting for my codes. I have to say that the Quantum Break release as a whole has been a *** fiasco. Remedy studio doesn't take any responsibility for these problems, and only blames Microsoft. They have no customer service to speak of.

    2nd Complaint in this thread: Bought QB on April 4th. Where are the codes? 2nd message here. MS and Xbox owes us some kind of compensation for this. Free live points or something. Not the way to treat customers and keep them. I can take all of my MS business
    elsewhere if this is how this is going to continue to be handled. Get your head out of your backsides guys.

    No Alan Wake or Windows 10 version of QB codes received after pre-order

    They are delaying them as long as possible so people get fed up and buy the game again.

    Their system should be able to handle handing out codes to people in a very short time, its just code=code+1 and send to the next on the list, half a day at the most.
