No Alan Wake or Windows 10 version of QB codes received after pre-order

I have not received any codes either, I have tried m$ support, they linked me here, I asked 5 times already.

 

Still no codes as well... :-(

 

"According to recent tweets from Microsoft Support’s official Twitter account and the official Quantum Break Twitter account, codes for the PC version of the game along with the Alan Wake game codes are going to go out in waves over the “next 7-10 days”.
The codes send out is going to be in waves and if you have not received your code and are eligible, Microsoft has said that you should wait a few more days."

 

They can stall the codes all they want, I'm not buying the pc version.

I preordered Quantum Break as well and have not received any game codes. I was sent here after calling in and inquiring for the second time. It has definitely been more than 10 days now. Still waiting for my free game codes.

 

Preordered Quantum Break april 4th and stil havent received my codes for Alan Wake and QB for PC.

 

I also preordered quantum break and didnt get the alan wake code or the windows 10 key and its been over ten days now, what gives MS?

 

I still haven't received any codes for quantum break preorder bonus. Any help would be awesome!

 

Update two days after my original post in this thread; still no codes, messages, information or updates from support or forums.

 

Ordered April 4th. No codes yet. Referred by support here. Not expecting much.
