No Alan Wake or Windows 10 version of QB codes received after pre-order

Quantum Break pre-order codes not received

I pre-ordered the game on 4/4/16 and have not received any of the pre-order bonus codes. I was under the impression that the Alan Wake American Nightmare code should have been sent immediately after pre-ordering and the Alan Wake full game and Windows 10
version of Quantum Break would have been sent on 4/5.

 

No codes for pre-ordering Quantum break

So i pre-ordered Quantum break the day before the release and haven't received the codes for Alan wake, american nightmare, or the windows 10 version of QB.

It's been over two weeks now and still nothing. Are people still receiving codes or not?

Part of the reason i even bothered buying the game so close to release was for Alan wake which was my favorite game from the 360.

Add me to the list of not getting the codes for the two free games. Time MS and Xbox coughed up some additional free stuff for making us wait. It's not like they don't look for compensation when a vendor doesn't deliver product to them on time. Oh Support

This whole thing has been a disaster. I'll never do anything like this with a game from them again. I've learned my lesson.

 

Same Problem here. I pre-ordered the game on 4 April and haven't recieved any Alan Wake codes or any Windows 10 codes by now.

Add another person to this issue. I preordered the game on April 4th and have not received any codes at all. The only thing that I have is the game itself on Xbox one. I downloaded the game and waited a few hours until able to play so it was definitely
a preorder.

Also have not received any of the codes for alan wake or PC. Very disappointed by this type of service.
