no Alan wake code

I purchased a Quantum break digital code on May 21st,2016 from Amazon. I have yet to receive a Alan Wake code. I spoke with xbox support and they told me to post in here about it. I am confused if the was a timed promotion or not. As far as i knew was that
the DLC was the timed promotional item.

This is further confusing to me as the amazon page still states that you will receive the code between 7-10 days, as well as i had a friend purchase the physical game from Amazon and he received it in the box.

Purchase at 03/30/2016.

Nothing still there. No Alan Wake Nightmare. No win10 code, no Alan Wake,

Still got no Alan Wake: American Nightmare code, as well as Alan Wake and Quantum Break Win 10 codes
