    no age restriction on console, restriction on pc on game pass for pc but not ea app.I'm over 21 no family. on console i have some M rated games. Tried to download M rated from game pass for pc and phone,microsoft app store and the EA app for pc. Only the EA app worked to download a game. I can download games not rated M on all apps.

    I have already done that with a online help from support.Did not help. there is on family on console or pc.

    Solution 2.
    Reset Xbox app settings.

    1. Click Start and click Settings.
    2. Select System.
    3. Select Apps & features.
    4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
    5. Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
