no active enforcements but im banned from text & voice communication!

my ban ended on the 1st December but i have not been able to message or talk in a party since then, strangely i can join partys but i cannot hear or be heard! i'd like this to be fixed as its extremely annoying, on all 4 accounts on my console right after
i sign in it says "i cannot use text and voice communications, and looking for group"

My account keeps getting banned why?

Wondering why I keep getting banned on my account this is the second time in four weeks I have been banned from Xbox live on my account bIayne G its saying I'm banned because of harassment voice communication text messages when I'm getting harassed voice
messages and texts .why am I getting banned and no one els is getting banned but me..

Filing complaints on messages

Hello,

You certainly won't get banned for reporting others so I wouldn't worry about that. As far as reporting these specific modification lobby messages or Microsoft Points messages you can simply file the complaint under Text and Voice Communications > Text Message.
It'll be taken care of by the Xbox Live Enforcement Team. You may also want to consider blocking communications after filing the complaint so you never receive a message from these people again.

Probably a console privilege suspension if all accounts are getting the same message.

One of the accounts probably has a suspension on it & your console has also been suspended to stop you from using a secondary account to avoid the suspension on another account.

Nothing to fix.You need to stop violating the rules.

Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

Here is a sample for the enforcement site about comm bans:

Communications Suspensions
Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

Internet Expert

A communications suspension only disables voice/text/video communications with other players. You should still be able play games online normally.

This suspension is issued after inappropriate communications (voice or text, usually). You don't necessarily have to swear; it could be other forms of offense or harassment that XBLPET looked through in your recent activities online.

There's nothing you can really do about the comm-ban other than sit it out till the 20th as you said. If eligible, you can submit a case review on the Enforcement website.

A communication ban can occur from all forms of communication (infact a message in text is easier for them to verify than someone by voice as theres a reciept for them to check).
