i think about two days ago, this person messaged. he asked for a 1v1 i declined, saying it was pointless and that i don’t do 1v1s. He proceeded to call me his “servant” that was fine. i’ve been told to go back to the kitchen on multiple occasions. he then sent the message, and i quote, “kill you”. whether he was meaning in game or irl it was a shock to read for sure. He also called me a terrorist, told me he’d torture my family, etc. he told me “today i killed my mother”. he threatened me several more times and then sent a very disturbing image. it looked like domestic violence and it really hurt to see. He said “kill you” to me once again and sent several more images of torture, abuse, etc. it was very disheartening to see. he threatened me verbally and physically multiple times. i’m a minor and he stated to a friend that he was around 40

i’m very disappointed with the lack of action that was taken against this. but now IM banned from communicating and doing anything with friends. i reported him multiple times for harassment and nothing was done. but suddenly he reports me once and then i have a 3-4 day ban. do better.

You say you “dont have a long ban history” but in the comments you’re saying this was your first offense. Do you have a history or is this your first offense?

They dont typically jump straight to an account ban for a first offense unless it’s something really serious. With the inconsistent responses, I’m guessing this wasnt the first enforcement action taken on your account. Any past enforcment actions/the seriousness
of them would most likely be taken into account as well in their decision.

Don't expect instant action though. The Enforcement Team get thousands if not hundreds of thousands of complaints each day and all must be investigated.
