No access to Xbox One profile

Even though it was not the same error I found it useful and it worked.

Digital content like that goes with the accounts so if you delete the previous owners profile from the xbox then you will lose access to the game and if the previous owner has access to that account and downloads it to a different xbox one and makes the
new xbox one their home console then you would loose access to the game also. which if you currently do not have access to the game without the original profile being signed in then your console is not set as the home console.

so basically since its a digitally purchased game that the license for the game goes with the profile that purchased it then you would need to purchase the game on your profile to have access to it at all times.

Your Microsoft account and Xbox profile are both accessed using your Microsoft account details. If you have access to one, you have access to the other.

If it's prompting you to make a new Xbox profile, you may be signing into the incorrect Microsoft account. Please check this.

on your xbox 360 you need a profile, it can be linked to the account or not, on the 360 itself the profile is mandatory for it to start, on xbox one it only accesses the profile already made if it is linked to a microsoft account.

Only one of your Xbox One consoles can be set as your home Xbox One, this means that to access your content on other consoles you'll need to be signed into your profile. One Xbox One in your home will be unable to access the content at the same time.
