    Hey there Buster2099,

    To clarify, are you in the Xbox One Preview program or the Xbox 360 Preview program? To gain access to the Preview Forums for Xbox One, you'd need to be invited and accepted into that program.

    xbox one preview account, wont load games or apps

    If you're certain you're in the Xbox One preview program and you don't have access to those private forums you'll need to make a post here

    Just state that you're in the preview program but have no access to the forums and would like to gain access

    Hi there,

    Have you received a message on your Xbox with a code in it? If so, you'll need to download that. If not, you may not have been accepted into the program. As I understand, there may be a backlog of requests to join.

    I haven't received any notification on my XBox One. No Access to XBox One Preview Program. :(

    EDIT: I didn't realize that I received a message on my XBox One. I accepted the enrollment & now my XBox Preview status is "Pending" How long will it take? No Access to XBox One Preview Program. :eek:

    That's good news! No Access to XBox One Preview Program. :)

    I'm not sure how long it will take exactly, but I'd give it up to about 72 hours again, just to be sure, although check every day.

    The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
    (you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

    I apologize you are having difficulty gaining access to the Xbox One Preview Program. Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One are two separate programs. Therefore, you will need to have a friend invite you to the Xbox One Preview Program. As of right
    now, the Xbox One Preview Program is full and space is not guaranteed.
