Hello , I'm from Russia write through a translator , when you try to connect to Xbox live displays an error that the site is not possible to find , writes that the error is not found , through many attempts to solve this problem is not what happened still
writes an error, access to the Internet but there is no connection to Xbox live . tell me what you can do. Thank you in advance.

I can't access my Xbox live even after following their instructions on clearing the cache & re-starting my console. The chat support goes offline after two sentences ?!!

Try unplugging your your Xbox for 5 minutes from the power supply in the back of the Xbox.

Plug it back in and power it up... If that doesn't work..

Your Xbox console might need a good refreshing.. and a factory reset.

This will reestablish connection to your network and totally refresh your xbox console..

Before we try that we have to make sure you know your Microsoft email and password because you'll need to

redownload your profile back onto the Xbox and reconnect to your network.

Afterwards, go through the initial set up for your Xbox.

If you make it all the way through.. you should be good.
