No access to Xbox Ambassador menu

Hey all,

I was just wondering since Xbox has since changed to the 8 strike rule are we allowed to reapply to become an Xbox ambassador? Someone wrongly reported my gamer picture of myself in the past and it somehow got me banned and I lost my Status as an ambassador a couple of years back.

Been trying ever since to be one since I enjoy helping the community and put a lot of time in on Xbox.

Rules for the Ambassador program are still the same. If you received a suspension as an Ambassador, you are not eligible to rejoin.

It’s kind of weird since everyone gets forgiven/a fresh slate with the new 8 strikes rule but not for an Xbox Ambassador.

Since you are already here can you explain how this Gamerpic of myself got me banned?

I’ve been playing Xbox online since 2006 and it seems pretty ridiculous to lose a chance at being an Ambassador for something that could’ve been resolved by a notification telling me to change my Gamerpic.

You would want to email L: xboxambs@microsoft.com to contact Ambassador staff or if you know who your CM is, you would need to contact them.

You may want to check http://enforcement.xbox.com to see if you've had any enforcement actions as that would have removed you from the program.

Please post in the Ambassador forums. Click the drop down forum menu and it should appear near the top as you do have access.
