    i restart my xbox and my internet box but with the same issue

    it's 6 hours and still the same ...

    Season Pass Inaccessible

    I recently purchased the Saints Row IV Season Pass and when I attempted to access the in-game store it said I required an x-box live gold subscription. I thought that was a kind of a pain seeing as I had already bought the content. However, no biggie
    I had some free Xbox live gold lying around that I hadn't used. So I activated my gold subscription and now when I try to access the in-game store it tells me there is "No Downloadable Content available at this time."

    I have tried deleting the content and downloading it again multiple times with no success. Please help.

    I cant buy anything for Xbox One

    I cant buy EA access and any of games in Microsoft Store. Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass working normally all the time.

    We have seen this issue before and it has been addressed on our
    Error page
    , error 0x80072EE7:this may mean that the console couldn't load the resource you tried to open. Typically, this error occurs when a network connection error prevents the name of the resource from resolving to
    an IP address. We suggest trying to
    Powercycle
    the console and give it another shot! Keep us posted on how it goes!

    my network are very good too..

    all happend just after i add the code from the live gold pass

  7. Hello Thierry,

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue.

    If I were you, I would try to remove your account and then redownload it back to your console from Xbox Live by following the steps outlined in

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One
    and see if that helps you sign with updated info.

    If that does not work, and your network connects alright, then I would suggest trying what we call a soft factory reset of your console.
    It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.



    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.



    Follow the steps here on
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
    and let us know how that helps with the issue
