    No access to the EA Access app


    Hi all, Im new to these forums, my problem is i carnt use my EA Access app this problem has been going on for months, i paid for a yearly subscription, it runs out in FEB2017, Ive contacted both teams xbox and EA, EA team says there is nothing wrong there
    end and the xbox team also says there is nothing wrong to, both parties say my subscription is Active but on my xbox screen (in the app) under my account it says Inactive, The xbox team does not have a clue whats going on! if anybody could help me out with
    this issue i would greatly appreciate it. Thank You

    I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

    Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

    Can't download the Battlefield V open beta!

    I pay 5.99 a month for EA Access, so I should be able to download the Battlefield V beta now. But when I try to get to the downloadable game through either the EA Access app or the Microsoft store, it just pulls up the option "Get EA Access". I already HAVE
    EA Access! So it pulls up my account's subscriptions, and voila - EA Access ... $5.99/month. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the EA Access app, and I even canceled my subscription and resubscribed! Can anybody help?

    Hey GreatDaddy Dan,

    Is this an issue that only occurs with the Xbox app? Or is this an issue with the Xbox One console?

    What specifically with EA Access are you unable to use? Are the EA Access vault titles not appearing in Ready to Install? Or are you not seeing demos or trials?

    Hi thanks to the response, The app opens, But doesn't relise I'm a customer already so it's telling me to buy it again?

    When you navigate to Settings > Payment & billing > Subscriptions, what does your the EA Access subscription there indicate about the status? Where did you see the yearly subscription indication that it runs out in Feb 2017?
