    No access to sign in on Microsoft Solitaire


    I can't login to Microsoft Solitaire Collection since 4/5/2018.

    It was fine & working perfectly before. It keeps telling me to try Xbox.com to sign in. I did this & when I click on my Profile it says some security issues are blocked. I then signed into Microsoft & checked my security settings. Some were blocked do I
    decided to unblock everything. I go back to my Solitaire game & I still can't log into my game. I'm paid up to 15/1/2019. Why can't I log in now? I noticed it's just not me but other people with the same issue. Please Fix this Major problem soon.

    Recieved error code 0xc03f00d

    Can not access Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw. Tells me can't sign in and get error code 0xc03f00d.

    I don't know whether this will help anyone, but I wasn't able to sign into Microsoft Solitaire by tapping the Solitaire tile, but I can if I open the Xbox app, then chose Solitaire.

    Hi Sumio,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.
