No access to Preview Program Forum

Hi, just a quick message to say that I'm part of the Preview Program, but do not have access to the forums to post feedback. Have seen several links posted to other members, but it comes up with a "Group not found" page when I click it (http://forums.xbox.com/msgs/default.aspx?MessageID=33).
Was advised to post a message here by a customer support representative while resolving another issue. Thanks for any help.

Chiming in - also in the preview program, also have no access to the preview forums.

This is cause it's acknowledging your not apart of the preview program. Make sure your console is enrolled, try using the feedback in the preview dashboard, trying signing in and out online.

@RiTTzFAN93wj I'm properly enrolled in the preview program, have been for several months. Just downloaded the new dashboard last night, so there's something strange going on. Pretty sure it's just because I need to be accepted into the group before I can
gain access to it.

Hey Xunnn,

the group not found is a forum access error. This is the link to the preview forums. You should get access automatically when you join the preview but it sometimes fails.

When the support team spot this post and verify you are a preview member they will check and if necessary sort access out for you.

Keep an eye on this thread as they will post here once its sorted!

Everytime i try to text multiplayer connection it says i have a mtu problem and my mtu is at a 510 and i dont know what the problem is im a preview program member and sometimes my xbox freezes

Please hit up the Xbox One Update Preview forum that Mister Beep linked to above, you should have access. If you're still having any trouble please create a new thread and let us know

Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

Hey there, Jimmoid. Glad to see you're interested in our preview program! You should get a message from us, not an email, that has instructions in there. If you haven't received one, though, you aren't quite part of the preview; it sounds like you've just
been invited to be a part of it. So I would say hang tight until the next round of previews since the current one is going to end shortly.

You'll have to contact Miss Portia via private message to see if she can find out what's going on if you get the message and still don't have forums access. You can do that by clicking Private Message at the bottom of her post
here.

Hello, I have also been a member of the preview program for some time but couldn't join the forums. After asking a really nice lady at the customer support she referred me to this forum topic. So... here it is: can you add me to the insider preview forums?

Hi,

the main support team are monitoring the forums so once they see this message and verify you are in the preview program they will be able to sort out your forum access.

Please bear in mind that after checking your post they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot of preview forum requests at the mo - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
