No access to parental account.

Alright, so I spent money to purchase a season pass for black ops 3 from GameStop (late, I know) but the problem is, I have no way to spend it due to the parental lock I accidentally activated on my account. My account is deemed a child account and
has been since 2011. I cannot gain access to the parental account because when I attempt to sign in, it asks me to send a verification code to the linked phone number, which I've changed 2 years ago and haven't gotten around to updating. Now it give me another
option, to verify the account by filling out information such as credit card info, past passwords, email subjects, etc. Since the parental account is so old, neither I nor my mom know most of the required info. I've even spoken to Xbox customer service and
they've said they have no way to do anything about it unless I have the parent account on my original Xbox to change the parental settings from there. I have $55 on the account I have no way of using lol. Is there someway to transfer my microsoft credit/money
or leave my own family? I've tried to leave but it doesn't allow me to do so.

Support is not able to help in this case. Support has no access to the parental microsoft account through the child account.

Ice that won't work as his account is a child accoint

He must use a xbox 360 or a parental account to queue it

Xbox one parental settings has no bearing on the xbox 360 as there are no unrestricted access

 

Hey GLK x HaVoK! You will need to fill out the information form again. Answer to the best of your ability, but if says you don't have enough info call support with the reference number at the bottom of the fail screen. From there they should be able to help
you get in touch with the right people. Please post back and let us know how it goes!

To clarify, is this the form you were working with in order to gain access to the parent account?
Recover your Microsoft Account. This form will be best to help you gain access to the account.

You'll need to follow those steps to gain access to the parent account.
