No access to old number blocking me from signing in

We understand that you have encountered problem in signing in to your old Microsoft account due to you don't have access to the contact number linked to it. As per post description you have access to the email but not with the old number we would like to suggest you try to visit the link below for you to recover your account.

• Log in | Minecraft you may also go to this link since you want to sign in to Minecraft account. Reset you password by clicking the forgot password then you will be ask an email where you will reset your password.

thanks, I've filled out the form but have been denied and as for Minecraft since I've migrated to Microsoft so when I log in I need access to my Microsoft account. I noticed that it said my odds would be better if I did it from a computer that already logged onto the Microsoft account I currently don't have access so I messaged my brother who does have access and asked him to fill it out for me. from my understanding there isn't much you can do so I once again thank you for your help I just figured I would update you on my situation in case you had some knowledge that could help me further. have a good day

We really appreciate for your timely response and we understand how important it is to recover your account. We would like to ask how did you login to your Microsoft account? did you use the Microsoft account | Home or account.live.com? If you have not use this yet, maybe you can try to login here and try to recover your account by going to the option of changing you security information.

Regarding to your Minecraft account, try to relaunch the the apps and try to login again. It is also important to check if the new computer that you are using now is updated.

My friend was unable to create parties after signing into my account on his Xbox. Im having some troubles changing my privacy settings as I no longer have access to an old phone number (A code has been sent to the old number because I cant just 'access important
information'

Since it takes a month for the phone number change process, would customer service be able to change my settings for me or do I have to wait?
