    No access to multiplayer.


    I have an active Gold membership, but whenever I try to access the multiplayer of a given game, it gives me a message that I don't have a permission to do so. I'm not under aged or anything, until recently I had no problems playing multiplayer.

    2 day trial code entered... the current profile is not alowed to play on xbox live

    48hour trials do not change you to gold you remain a free member with basic multiplayer access and No advance chat or multiplayer options along with app access

    They announced months ago that one account per console was required to access multiplayer.

    I would assume the Hard Drive is the issue. I'm not sure what to suggest, but if clearing the cache and re-downloading the updates didn't work, as well as trying a different copy, but another Xbox works, then it must be the Hard Drive.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft Java Edition.

    Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account. This can also mean that you are using a different Microsoft account upon signing into Minecraft Launcher.

    In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

    Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft Java Edition.

    From there, check if you have the Minecraft transaction. If you have found the Minecraft Java Edition transaction, use the same Microsoft account to login to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

    If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.
