    No Access to main account :'(


    Hi Guys I'm writing this with my second account.

    (Sorry for bad english I'm german)

    So everything started with that i had to make one of those security proofs: I have to sign in with my e-mail and password. But then it said something is wrong with my account. Error Code: 8015DO2E. I searched after the Error Code and it said that maybe someone
    else got access to my account too. So then I logged in into my account at the xbox.com website. Now after i logged in it says that someone else got might access to my account and i have to proof now that I'm the right owner.

    But here starts the real problem: there are only 2 ways I can proof it. First: They send me a code to my email which is linked with my microsoft account. But i forgot the password of my E-Mail address because it's already 2-3 years old. I tried the password
    reset option where I have to call their support-hotline which costs 4€ for EACH CALL. I called the hotline 10-15 times but the line was every time busy, and they not even have an waiting queue. So I can't pick this option anymore.

    Second Option: I have to fill an formular and I have to fill in so much Information as possible. But there's another big problem. They say the information isn't enough

    And I can't fill in enough Information because there is no Information to fill in. As example: They say I have to fill in what the eMail Subject of my last eMail was BUT I never had written any eMails or created eMail-folders. I only used this microsoft-account
    for my xbox. So that I can log in with my Gamertag.

    But now how do I get access to my main account back? 2 Options but I can't take one of'em

    I really don't want to lose this account. It exists already 3-4 years! I don't know if I'm allowed to post Gamertags so i don't do.

    put password on buying Live points?

    No generally the main account security is supposed to be the parent not a child and access to the main account is the responsibility of the parent you can add a passcode to prevent people from signing on your main account

    Hi make sure your main account is set as your xbox home on that Xbox. Go to settings/Personalitation/my home xbox ...access to both xbox one and xb360 games will be shared aswell as gold access as long as main account has access

    Can the primary account be changed?

    Hi!

    That's what I don't understand because the main account has Xbox live and that allows the three secondary accounts to have access to live. So we all have live. But only when the main account is logged in. I can't access any games that have been purchased by the main account unless the main account is logged in.

    I've checked the Home settings and it is checked. But unless that main account is actively logged in, we can't use anything. I'm thoroughly confused.
