No access to friends list?

I have no access at all to my friends list

"Friend" stole my xbox live 3 mth card, found out when i went to add to my account after free month was up.

Get rid of this friend.

How does this friend have access to your account?

No one can help you,this is your own fault & you will have to sort it out with this friend.

 

I'm having the same problem I got the update preview yesterday and this morning I can't see any of my friends favs or recent players

 

It has been acting up and they are working on it=)

 

I can't access friends or recent players on my Xbox One, smart glass, or on the website from my laptop.

 

this seems to happen weekly now and i find it outrageous.

 

I really hope Microsoft are reimbursing us somehow for there incompetence to get the servers to run correctly even though we are all still paying for an incompetent service. Not happy

 

there has been some issues with friends list since yesterday. same happened to me. this morning though all was fixed

Xbox Live Service Status page. If that has been removed and you are still unable to see your friends list, please hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds and try again. If it's still not showing,
please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into so we can get you some individual support.
