    No 6000 bonus points for March purchase


    Accepted the offer from email for 6000 bonus points for any game purchased over $60 and purchased Ghost Recon Gold shortly thereafter. From the looks of the other exact same issues this seems to be a recurring problem. Either pull the "incentive" program
    or get with it.

    Reward point total for month of March seems off

    Hi,

    In March I got the 6000 credits for purchasing $60 worth of content. Today I noticed my rewards total for the month of March is 6000 points less that I expected. I spent a little over $160 for the month so I was expecting 16000 points. Points were
    added for March today and I am only seeing 10000 points added. It looks like the 6000 I earned for the punch card was deducted from my monthly spending total. No where in the promotion does it mention this. I already earn 10% a month for being at the 5 star
    level. Can someone please explain why I am missing 6000 points?

    Hi,

    last week i purchased NBA 2k17 from XBOX Live (a 79.99$ CDN retail game) and was convinced i would be receiving 6000 bonus rewards due to that purchase (which to quote "just spend $60 before tax on ANY* content from the Xbox Store or Microsoft Movies & TV
    by March 31. ), to this day i have yet to see those points as pending, could this be looked into so that i receive the points?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was a delay in our purchase information that extended the normal 96 hour processing time. The Credits were placed as pending into your account on the 10th.

    Mass Effect Legendary Edition Reward Punch card not completing

    It doesn't count if you already had the game or preordered the game before the reward came out. Purchase must be through the punch card for it to count.

    Not worth it though, its not an additional 6000 on top of the purchase points you already get for buying it ( which is just under 6000 ) .

    at least that was my case with another game I bought for the 6000 reward punchcard, phoenix rising. Regular purchase reward points were not awarded, only the 6000 from the punch card was.

    Authorization problem

    There is a limit on how many Microsoft Points you can purchase in a single day. I think the limit is 6000 points.

    Are you trying to purchase more points or something else?
