Discus and support no 360 games showing up on games with gold in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; are the 360 games in the same place as the xbox one games? when i login to my account it says the 360 games are not free. thanks....     Games with gold/Deals with gold gone?

    I have contacted support 3 times now about this issue with no resolve. For the past 2 month games with gold and deals with gold tiles are not showing up on my son's profile on the xbox 360 dashboard. I have troubleshooted with Microsoft support by clearing
    cache on console, removing profile and re-adding it, the updates for the console were also deleted and re-download, the harddrive was removed and re-installed, and still the games with gold/deals with gold aren't showing up, on his profile, yet the games with
    gold/deal with gold is showing up on other profiles that are on the same console. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    why isnt splintercell for free with games with gold

    nether of the xbox 360 game's are showing up on the console either it's only showing the xbox one game's in the games with gold

    No, you have to go here for the games with gold
    http://www.xbox.com/live/games-with-gold?xr=shellnav     (make sure you are logged into your gold account), then scroll down to the Xbox 360 game, and download to Xbox 360, it should then show up in your ready to install section on the Xbox one.

    What if it doesn't? I am logged in, but the xbox 360 games are not showing up as downloadable from my account (greyed out). I own an xbox live account. I can download the xbox one title from my computer, but not the xbox 360. Either it is free or it
    is not.

    If you purchase the game it justi asks you for a payment option but the balance is still 0 you must have a valid payment option

    Which doesn't affect the price of the game but is still required
