No 360 collection code when bought Gears of war 4 from microsoftstore.com

I purchased Gears Of War 4 from the microsoft store website on 25 Nov, 16 and have not recieved the 360 collection DL code. Customer care told me to post here to see if I could get a ETA on when the code will be distributed.

Purchaed GOW 4 but did not receive my 360 collection codes.

I bought Gears of War 4 around black Friday. There was a promotion going on where if you bought any Gears of War 4 game and redeemed the code by December 31 you also got the Gears of War Xbox 360 collection. I have called multiple times about this all to
no avail. I have still to this day not gotten any code or message for the 360 collection.

I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

 

The codes should be sent within 30 days. If you don't have them after the 30, you'll need to post back here.
