no 360 account but got 360 games i want to play on xbox 1

I have a xbox one and i recently got a ton of old 360 games is it possible to play on xbox 1 if you never had a 360 account (i have checked which games are compatible with xbox one)

can I clear my Xbox 360 without deleting my Microsoft account?

I recently got an Xbox one using the same Microsoft/gamer profile account from my Xbox 360. I want to clear the Xbox 360 but I don't want my Microsoft account to delete just the gamer profile on Xbox 360 (which is used on the Xbox one too).

What happens to 360 account when renew Live Gold on Xbox One?

I play xbox games w my son. We have a Xbox 360 & two Xbox One consoles in the house. His Xbox Live Gold membership just expired.

Ideally we want two things:

1) Use 1-membership to give us both access to play Xbox One games together online on separate consoles in the house

2) He will still want to play games with his friends occasionally on his 360

How do we do this?

A) Should I add Gold to my account or renew his?

B) If we renew on the Xbox One, does Gold apply to his 360 account too?

YES YOU CAN. Especially useful if you want to play an Xbox 1 game and at the same time chat with friends in an Xbox Live Party on Xbox 360. Another one is playing an Xbox 360 game and video chat through the Skype app on Xbox 1 (haven't tried it). I have
both my Xbox 360 slim and Xbox 1 HDMI'd to my HDTV in my bedroom and I'm the only one who knows the password and email to my account and have security proofs and a pin is required for my 360 and Xbox 1 has a SIX character pin.

I am not a troll. I know xbox 1 is not back words compatible I just thought that since microsoft made the game maybe Microsoft would make a new version for xbox 1 or maybe port it over to xbox 1. I never got the game for xbox 360 and just wanted to play
it on xbox 1 if I could

When it comes out for Xbox 1, I hope that I will still be able to play my 360 worlds ON my 360 and that we won't be forced to only play our 360 worlds (which I've saved to my 360 slim 250gb console's HDD) on Xbox 1. This is because I only have about 8 friends
who have an Xbox 1 console. And almost 100 on my 360 friends list continue to play on 360. And I still want to play Minecraft on 360 when it comes out on Xbox 1 cuz Xbox 360 is still an amazing gaming console. I'm happy to pay for a Minecraft Xbox 1 Edition.
It shouldn't be as expensive as Forza 5 COD or BF4.
