No 24Hz video in amazon video anymore

from what I read on internet it should be able to do 24Hz, you could try the following steps just to be sure it's not a cache related issue

try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Also make sure to double check different videos to see if that makes any difference to the experience or not

tHank you guys for helping me. I tried what you told me twice, to be sure.

I also tried many videos and it is always at 60Hz. If I play a bluray it switches to 24Hz.

Amazon. They are the ones that will or will not make announcements for the changes with their items. The Xbox One S and Xbox One X do support several different high quality video output settings, but they will not exceed a video's maximum refresh rate and

I also asked the amazon support. They now answered me an said, that the change was made some time ago, because it has to be 60Hz for being of "bluray quality".

It was more of an unprofessional answer and I am not completely sure, if that is true.

Why would they make it support 24Hz just to change it back to 60 after a while.

And why is there no report about it.
